We have been working hard to keep up with demand, maintain quality, and stay as affordable as possible for our community of artists and photographers. To keep things sustainable in the face of rising material and labor costs, we are making several updates that begin on June 1, 2025. Here is what is changing and how to prepare.
What is changing on June 1
- Base pricing: Modest increases across all print products. See the latest numbers on the Product Pricing page.
- Rush order fee: 20% fee for expedited turnaround (typically 1–3 business days, depending on product). Review timelines on Shipping Options & Policies.
- Custom size fee: $10 per image for sizes outside our standard options.
- Volume discounts: Updated tiers that better reflect production costs while still rewarding bulk orders. Full structure lives on Volume Discounts.
Pricing updates
To continue offering top tier prints and service, we are applying modest base price increases across products. New prices appear on product pages and on our centralized Product Pricing page starting June 1, 2025.
Rush order fee
Rush jobs impact scheduling, staffing, and machine time. Starting June 1, requests that require faster than standard turnaround include a 20% rush fee.
- Rush turnaround: typically 1–2 business days, depending on product
- Standard turnaround: typically 3–7 business days, depending on product
- Same day service is not guaranteed, but we will always do our best

Custom size fee
$10 per image for sizes outside our standard options. Custom size orders must be submitted via email or through the custom order form. This fee covers file setup, communication, and production prep for non standard dimensions.
New subscriber discount
Starting June 1, new subscribers receive 15% off their order. If you already have a higher value code from before June 1, we will still honor it.
Updated volume discounts
We revised our tiers to align with real production costs while continuing to reward bulk orders. Discounts apply automatically at checkout. For large or recurring projects, you can also request a custom quote.

Orders placed before June 1 will follow the previous discount tiers. If you have an open quote or a large project planned, reach out and we will make sure you are covered.
