June 2025 Pricing & Policy Updates at The Stackhouse

We’ve been hard at work keeping up with demand, maintaining quality, and staying as affordable as possible for our community of artists and photographers. However, we are making some important updates due to rising material and labor costs. These changes will begin on June 1. Here's a quick look at what's changing:

• Base Pricing: Slight increases across all print products
• Rush Order Fee: 20% fee for expedited turnaround (1–3 business days)
• Custom Size Fee: $10 per image for sizes outside our standard options
• Volume Discounts: Updated tiers with more balanced savings for bulk orders

These changes go into effect June 1, 2025. We’re here to help you plan ahead and answer any questions—just reach out if you need anything.

Pricing Updates

To keep up with the cost of doing business and ensure we can continue offering top-tier prints and service, we’re increasing our base pricing slightly across all products. The changes are modest but necessary, and you'll see them reflected on our site starting June 1.

Rush Order Fee

Rush jobs can really slow down our production schedule. Starting June 1, a 20% rush fee will apply to orders that must be completed faster than normal.

• Rush turnaround: 1–3 business days, depending on product type
• Standard turnaround: 3–7 business days, depending on product type
• Same-day service is not guaranteed, but we’ll always do our best

If you're working on a tight timeline, we’re happy to discuss the best options to make it work.

Custom Size Fee

$10 per image

Orders that include sizes outside our standard options will incur a $10 custom size fee. These orders must be submitted via email or through our custom order form.

This fee helps cover the time needed to communicate, set up, process, and prepare each file for print.

New Subscriber Discount

We’ve adjusted our new subscriber discount to better align with long-term sustainability. Starting June 1, new subscribers will receive a coupon code for 15% off their order.

Already have a higher-value discount code from before June 1? Don’t worry—we’ll still honor it.

Updated Volume Discounts

We’ve revised our volume discount structure to better reflect actual production costs. The new tiers aren’t quite as steep as before, but they still reward bulk ordering and help us keep things sustainable. Discounts are applied automatically at checkout.

Orders placed before June 1 will still follow the previous discount tiers. If you have an open quote or a large project planned, just let us know—we’ll make sure you’re covered.
