Why do colors look different on my print compared to my screen?

Screens vary in calibration and brightness, and lighting conditions also affect how prints appear. These differences are normal and not considered defects.

What if my order is marked Delivered but missing?

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, we will assist with a carrier claim and may offer a discounted reprint. Free reprints are not automatic in this situation.

Preference changes are not covered under The Stackhouse Promise. We can help you place a new order or offer a discounted reprint, but it is not free.

Production Quality

Defects like banding, smudges, scratches, or misprints
Wrong media/finish, crop, border, or size applied by us
Mounting or gallery-wrap issues due to alignment or trimming

Shipping Problems

Transit damage reported within 7 days (with photos)
Lost-in-transit orders past cutoff windows:
- Economy: 10 business days
- Standard: 5 business days
- Express: 2 business days
- International: 15 business days

What’s Not Covered

Customer file issues (low resolution, pixelation, typos, orientation)
Incorrect selections (size, crop, border, media, shipping address)
Preference changes after printing (different paper or “look”)
Screen vs. print differences (monitor calibration or room lighting)
Packages marked “Delivered” but not found (we’ll help with a claim; discounted reprint available)
Unpaid international duties/taxes (customs abandonment)

How We Make It Right

Reprint at no cost for eligible defects, damage, or lost orders (shipping covered).
Store credit for product cost if a reprint isn’t the right fit.
Refund for product cost in select cases. Shipping fees are not refundable.
