Loose Prints qualify for every domestic option, including Economy.
Packaged Prints do not ship via Economy. They require protective packaging, and larger work can add oversize fees.
Wall Art does not ship via Economy. Larger sizes add UPS oversize fees.
Mounted prints and gallery wraps
Oversized rates, by size.
All mounted work and gallery wraps ship UPS Ground in sized packaging. You pay what the box actually costs, not a flat fee.

Flat shipping
Request prints shipped flat.
By default, loose prints larger than 12x16 and canvas prints larger than 10x14 ship rolled in tubes for safe delivery. If you would rather have them shipped flat, contact us before placing your order so we can set it up.
- Up to 18x24: $30 UPS Ground flat shipping charge.
- Up to 24x30: $45 UPS Ground flat shipping charge.
- Up to 30x40: $75 UPS Ground flat shipping charge.
- 36x48 or larger: manual crate quote.
Flat shipments use protective fold-up mailers and cardboard inserts. Prints 36x48 or larger require a manual crate quote because they do not safely fit our largest fold-up once protection is included.
International
We ship to 189 countries.
We ship internationally via USPS Ground Advantage International and UPS Worldwide Expedited. Orders over 24 inches may have additional shipping costs.
Duties and taxes are the recipient's responsibility
If unpaid, the package will be abandoned at customs and cannot be retrieved. A new order must be placed.

We will reprint free of charge if your order has not arrived within these cutoffs, counted from the expected delivery date:

Damaged in transit
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include photos of both the product and the packaging and we will arrange a replacement.
Marked delivered but missing
Check with neighbors, family, or your carrier office. Since the carrier confirms delivery, replacement shipping is not covered, but we can help file a claim or offer a discounted reprint.
Refunds
Refunds and store credits apply to product cost only. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

When do I qualify for a reprint?
We issue free reprints if your order has not arrived within our cutoff timelines: Economy (10 business days), Standard (5), Express (2), International (15). The clock starts on the expected delivery date.
What if my package is marked delivered but missing?
Please check with neighbors, family members, or your carrier office first. Since the carrier confirms delivery, we cannot cover replacement shipping, but we are happy to help with a claim or offer a discounted reprint.
Do you refund shipping fees?
No. Refunds and store credits apply to product cost only. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or store credit depending on the situation.
Can I request flat shipping?
Yes. Loose prints that normally ship rolled can be shipped flat by request. Flat shipping is $30 up to 18x24, $45 up to 24x30, and $75 up to 30x40. Prints 36x48 or larger require a manual crate quote. Reach out before placing your order and we will set it up.
What happens if I do not pay duties and taxes on an international order?
If duties and taxes go unpaid, the package will be abandoned at customs and cannot be retrieved. A new order must be placed to receive your items.
