Holiday Season Shipping Pricing Notice

Carrier peak-season surcharges (USPS & UPS) are temporarily reflected in our shipping rates. Current prices shown on this page include the holiday adjustment. See how they compare to our normal rates below.

- Some Mounted Prints and Gallery Wraps may incur an Oversized Shipping Fee due to special packaging and handling.

We ship within the U.S. using USPS and UPS.

Shipping to Hawaii & Alaska
- Shipping Times: Expect an additional 5–7 days on top of standard production time.
- Carriers & Methods: USPS Priority or UPS Ground where available.
- Additional Fees: Large mounted prints and gallery wraps may incur extra charges.
- Tracking: You will receive a tracking email once the package ships.

Requests for Flat Shipping
By default, loose prints larger than 12x16 and some canvas prints larger than 10x14 are rolled and shipped in tubes for safe delivery.
- If you prefer prints to be shipped flat, a $25 handling fee + carrier shipping costs will apply.
- Please contact us before placing your order to arrange this option.
International Shipping
We ship to 27 countries using USPS Ground Advantage International and UPS Worldwide Expedited.
- Orders over 24 inches may have additional shipping costs.
- Duties and taxes are the recipient’s responsibility.
- If duties and taxes are not paid, the package will be abandoned at customs and cannot be retrieved. To receive your order, a new order must be placed.
Tracking & Delivery Issues
- Tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to update.
- Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or peak shipping seasons.
- If your tracking hasn’t updated in 5 business days, contact us for assistance.
Damage During Shipping
- Contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order.
- Provide photos of the damaged product and packaging.
- We will arrange a replacement.
Missing Packages & Reprint Cutoffs
We will reprint your order free of charge if it has not arrived within the following timelines (counting from the expected delivery date):

Marked Delivered but Missing: If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with neighbors, family, or your local carrier office. Since the carrier confirms delivery, we cannot cover replacement shipping. We can assist with a carrier claim or offer a discounted reprint.
