Economy (Flat Packed) is $7.99 only when every shippable line is an eligible loose print and each finished size fits within 12x16. A 16x12 qualifies the same as a 12x16.

Loose print packing
How loose prints ship.
Loose prints with a finished size that fits within 16x22 ship flat automatically. Checkout shows Standard (Flat Packed) at $11.99 and Express (Flat Packed) at $24.99. Economy (Flat Packed) at $7.99 appears only when every shippable line is an eligible loose print and each finished size fits within 12x16.
When a loose print exceeds 16x22 but fits within 24x36, Rolled shipping is $11.99 Standard or $39.99 Express. Optional Flat Packed shipping is $22.99 Standard or $89.99 Express.
When a loose print exceeds 24x36 but fits within 30x40, Rolled shipping is $11.99 Standard or $39.99 Express. Optional Flat Packed shipping is $51.99 Standard or $149.99 Express.
Loose prints that exceed 30x40 ship rolled only. Optional Flat Packed choices appear only when every shippable item in the cart is eligible. Checkout uses the finished size, not the image size, for these packing choices.

We ship to 189 countries.
We ship internationally via USPS Ground Advantage International and UPS Worldwide Expedited. Orders over 24 inches may have additional shipping costs.
Duties and taxes are the recipient's responsibility
If unpaid, the package will be abandoned at customs and cannot be retrieved. A new order must be placed.

We will reprint free of charge if your order has not arrived within these cutoffs, counted from the expected delivery date:

Damaged in transit
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include photos of both the product and the packaging and we will arrange a replacement.
Marked delivered but missing
Check with neighbors, family, or your carrier office. Since the carrier confirms delivery, replacement shipping is not covered, but we can help file a claim or offer a discounted reprint.
Refunds
Refunds and store credits apply to product cost only. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

When do I qualify for a reprint?
We issue free reprints if your order has not arrived within our cutoff timelines: Economy (10 business days), Standard (5), Express (2), International (15). The clock starts on the expected delivery date.
What if my package is marked delivered but missing?
Please check with neighbors, family members, or your carrier office first. Since the carrier confirms delivery, we cannot cover replacement shipping, but we are happy to help with a claim or offer a discounted reprint.
Do you refund shipping fees?
No. Refunds and store credits apply to product cost only. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or store credit depending on the situation.
When will my loose prints ship flat?
Loose prints with a finished size that fits within 16x22 ship flat automatically, so checkout shows only Standard (Flat Packed) and Express (Flat Packed). If every shippable line in the cart is an eligible loose print and each finished size fits within 12x16, Economy (Flat Packed) also appears.
For eligible loose prints that exceed 16x22 but fit within 30x40, checkout offers Rolled and Flat Packed options. Flat Packed shipping is not available when a loose print exceeds 30x40 or when another shippable item in the cart is not eligible. Mounted prints, gallery wraps, and framed prints already ship flat and use regular Standard and Express names.
What happens if I do not pay duties and taxes on an international order?
If duties and taxes go unpaid, the package will be abandoned at customs and cannot be retrieved. A new order must be placed to receive your items.
