Stackhouse QBO Connector Terms

Purpose

The Stackhouse QBO Connector is an internal business tool operated by The Stackhouse. It connects The Stackhouse’s QuickBooks Online account to internal reporting, reconciliation, forecasting, and financial analysis workflows.

The connector is intended only for authorized Stackhouse personnel and trusted service providers assisting The Stackhouse with bookkeeping, accounting, finance, operations, or technical support.

Internal Use Only

The connector is not offered, sold, licensed, or made available as a public software product. It is used only for The Stackhouse’s own business operations.

No person or organization may access or use the connector unless authorized by The Stackhouse.

QuickBooks Authorization

The connector accesses QuickBooks Online only after an authorized user approves the connection through Intuit’s authorization process.

Authorization may be revoked at any time through QuickBooks Online app settings or by contacting The Stackhouse.

Acceptable Use

Authorized users may use the connector only for legitimate internal business purposes, including financial reporting, account reconciliation, cash flow review, expense analysis, margin analysis, and management reporting.

Users may not use the connector to access data they are not authorized to view, export data for unrelated purposes, or attempt to bypass QuickBooks, Intuit, or Stackhouse security controls.

Data Accuracy

The connector supports internal analysis and reporting. It does not replace QuickBooks Online, professional bookkeeping, accounting review, tax advice, or legal advice.

The Stackhouse remains responsible for reviewing financial outputs and confirming them against source systems before making business, tax, legal, or compliance decisions.

Availability and Changes

The connector is provided for internal operational convenience and may be changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

The Stackhouse does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free output, or compatibility with every QuickBooks Online feature.
