What do you charge for shipping?

We currently offer three different shipping options - Economy, Standard and Express. Production and shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Orders with large quantities (20+ items) or orders with multiple product types may take longer to produce.

How do I check on the status of my order?

Standard production takes 3 business days for loose prints, 4 for mounted and packaged prints, 5 for gallery wraps, and 7 for framed prints. Delivery time is additional.

Check your order confirmation and tracking updates. If you need help with your order status, contact us with your order number.

Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?

Please review your artwork, crop, sizes, options, quantities, and delivery details before checkout. If you need a change after ordering, contact us immediately with your order number. We will check the production status and explain the available options before proceeding.

Will I receive tracking information once my order has shipped?

You will receive an email with the appropriate tracking information when your order is shipped. You will also receive an email when your order is delivered. Please contact us if you do not receive these emails.

Where do I enter my coupon code?

Enter your coupon code in the designated field on the checkout page.

Can my coupon code be applied after I place my order?

Unfortunately no, we do not allow the application of retroactive discounts.

Can I rush my order?

Choose Rush Production in the cart when available. Rush production takes 1-2 business days for loose prints, 2 for mounted and packaged prints, 3 for gallery wraps, and 5 for framed prints.

Delivery time is additional. Express shipping shortens carrier transit time; it does not speed up production. See production and shipping options for details.

Do you make everything in-house?

Yes, we make everything in-house. We do not outsource any part of our printing operations, which enables us to guarantee a higher quality product and a quicker turnaround time.

What is the largest size you print?

The largest size you can order online is 40x60. However, we do have the capability to print larger. Please contact us for custom sizing.

What file types do you accept?

Upload a JPEG, PNG, or TIFF up to 1 GB in RGB color. We support 8-bit JPEGs and 8-bit or 16-bit PNG and TIFF files. Keep your embedded RGB color profile when saving your file.

What file resolution do you require?

Choose your print size in the builder to check resolution. Aim for 300 PPI at the final image size. Sizes below 150 PPI are unavailable. Enlarging or cropping your image can reduce its effective resolution.

How large can my file be printed?

The maximum size we can print an image file is determined by the pixel dimensions of your original file after cropping. To determine the printable size options based on your file size, divide the pixel dimensions of your image by 150. For example, 3600 pixels by 2400 pixels, once divided by 150, would yield a maximum print size of 24 x 16.

What color settings do you require?

Use RGB color and keep your embedded RGB color profile when saving your file. JPEG, PNG, and TIFF are supported. You do not need to convert a supported file to JPEG to order.

What is a Giclee Print?

A Giclee print is a high-quality inkjet print created with ultra-fine nozzle printers, producing a detailed and vibrant result. It's a preferred method for artists and galleries due to its superior color accuracy and depth compared to traditional prints.

What type of paper is used for Giclee Prints?

We use premium, acid-free fine art papers. These papers are specifically designed to absorb the high-quality inks we use, ensuring a stunning, detailed print every time.
