Where do I upload my artwork?
On each product page is a 'create your print' button that will take you to the upload page. You can also upload from the account section. If you run into any issues, you can always email your file to support@thestackhouse.com.
What papers or canvas options do you offer?
We offer a wide range of archival papers and canvas options, from photo gloss to fine art cotton rag. You can explore all of them here.
When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. Shipping time depends on the product and quantity, but you can check estimated timelines here.
